1. 7-day no-questions-asked refund
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar daysof the date of purchase — no questions asked. If you feel the course isn't the right fit for you within this window, we'll refund 100% of the amount you paid.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, simply email us at keshwani01@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with:
- The email address used to enrol
- Your Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference (visible in your confirmation email)
That's it. No long forms, no surveys, no convincing required.
3. When you'll receive the refund
Refunds are initiated within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your request and are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount typically reflects in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
4. What happens after a refund
- Your access to the course content will be revoked.
- Any course materials you may have downloaded must be deleted from your devices.
- You are welcome to re-enrol at any time in the future.
5. After the 7-day window
Once 7 calendar days have passed from the date of purchase, the enrolment is considered final and refunds are not available, except where required by applicable law. This allows us to continue investing in great content and timely updates for our community.
6. Misuse of the refund policy
We trust our students. If we detect repeated refund requests, course re-downloading after a refund, or any misuse of this policy, we reserve the right to refuse future enrolments and pursue legal remedies where applicable.
7. Chargebacks
Please reach out to us first if anything is wrong — we'll almost always resolve it within hours. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us may result in permanent suspension of your account.
